CONVOY ZINE FEST IS FREE TO ATTEND + OPEN TO ALL AGES OF THE PUBLIC

Convoy Zine Fest (CZF) is a free, all ages arts & culture event that celebrates the art of storytelling and self publishing. Over 20 zine-making artists and writers exhibited their works at the inaugural event on Sunday, June 2. The event took place on the patio and deck of Common Theory Convoy.

CZF also included free programming, including a make-and-take zine/art station, a community storytelling activity, and live music by local musician and DJ Ian Curtis.

The inaugural Convoy Zine Fest was hosted and presented by Convoy District Partnership in collaboration with San Diego-based arts & culture organization Hello Barkada, following a do-it-yourself arts tradition that’s been cultivated in the region by the San Diego Zine Fest since 2013.
